Following is the list of Sites Blocked in India. Fortunately, mine is not there still, but trust everyone, that I am working very hard to make mine too in that list, this anyways is a great list to be on.

This Post, I have the list of sites that are blocked, however, I am also working on and compiling the ways to get around this, and very soon will present a comprehensive way to list a work around to this ban.

One thing is very clear that this list contains quite a few sites promoting Hindu Interests, but not a single site promoting Militant Islam and those of banned organizations are in this list. I guess, Secularism has already ended and Mughal Dynasty has again come back.

Is the Indian Media sleeping?

On Tuesday news swept across all the news channels 'Sanjay Datt relieved by the court'. 'Sirf Munna Not a bhai' '13 saal ka vanvaas khatam' 'although found guilty for possession of armory, Sanjay can breath sigh of relief as all the TADA charges against him are withdrawn' And then many experts like Salman khan saying 'He is a good person. We knew he will come out clean' Mr. Big B 'Datt family and our family have relations for years he's a good kid. He is like elder brother to Abhishek'. His sister Priya Datt 'we can sleep well tonight. it’s a great relief'

In other news, Parliament was mad at Indian team for performing bad; Greg chapel said something ...; Bomb scare in Gorakhpoor Express; and Shah Rukh Khan replaces Big B in KBC and Sonia asked PM to consider reducing petroleum prices (I wonder who's the PM ,anyways that is not the topic so leave it.) But most of the emphasis was given on Sanjay Datt's "phoenix like" comeback from the ashes of terrorist charges.

Surfing through the channels, one news on BBC startled me, it read, Hizbul Mujahidin's most wanted terrorist 'Sohel Faisal' killed in Anantnag, India. Indian Major leading the operation lost his life in the process. Four others are injured.

It was past midnight, I started visiting the foolish Indian channels, the ones who are 'Sabse TEZ', but Sanjubaba was still ruling. They were telling How Sanjubaba pleaded to the court saying 'I am the sole bread earner for my family' 'I have a daughter who is studying in US who will look after her'. And then they showed how Sanjubaba was not wearing his lucky blue shirt while he was hearing the verdict. Also how he went to every temple and prayed for last some months. A suspect in Mumbai bomb blasts, convicted under armory act...was being made into a hero.

Sure Sanjubaba has a daughter; sure Sanjubaba did not do any terrorist thing as in bombing some place or hijacking an airplane etc. Possessing an AK47 is considered too elementary in terrorist community and also one who possesses an AK47 has a right to possess a pistol so that again is not such a big crime; Sure Sanjubaba went to all the temples; Sure he did a lot of gandhigiri but then..., people. Major Manish never said 'I have a daughter' .before he took the decision to attack the terrorist hide out in the darkest of nights? He never thought about having a family and he being the bread earner.

No news channel covered this since they were too busy hyping a former drug addict, an actor in real and reel life, a suspect who's linked to bomb blasts which killed hundreds. Their aim was to show how he defied the TADA charges and they were so successful that his conviction in possession of armory had no meaning. They also concluded that his parents in heaven must be happy and proud of him.

Parents of Major Pitambare are still on this earth and they have to live rest of their lives without their beloved son. His daughter won't ever see her papa again.

Finally Sir Major Pitambare, to my generation there is no greater hero than one who laid his life in the name of this great nation. Hence Sir, I salute you. You are the real Star, Vande Mataram.

Suspect in Kavita disappearance surrenders, CBI probe demanded

The main suspect in connection with the disappearance of a Meerut college lecturer on Sunday surrendered in Noida and claimed she was "alive and held captive" by two Uttar Pradesh ministers as the opposition Congress demanded a CBI probe into the case.

Of three bodies found in Meerut and Baghpat recently, one could be that of 29-year-old Kavita Rani who was reported missing from a women's hostel after November 22, Meerut Senior Superintendent of Police Navneet Sikhera said.

He said a case station under sections 364 (abduction with intent to murder) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of Indian Penal Code has been registered against several persons.

Ravindra Pradhan, the main suspect in the reported kidnap and murder of the lecturer, surrendered at the office of a news channel in Noida and was arrested by a police team led by DSP Dinesh Yadav at around 11.30 am.

He was then taken to Meerut and would be produced before a court on Monday morning.

Pradhan claimed Kavita was "alive and is held captive somewhere". He told reporters, "Two UP ministers can reveal where she is" and denied any involvement in the disappearance of the temporary lecturer of Chaudhry Charan Singh University.

State Congress chief Salman Khursheed told reporters in Lucknow, "An impartial investigation is possible only if a CBI inquiry is ordered," and also demanded immediate dismissal of the ministers concerned.

UP Basic Education Minister Kiranpal Singh, however, denied involvement in the lecturer's disappearance and said his name was "being dragged into it due to personal enmity."

In an FIR lodged by Kavita's brother in Siana police station in Bulandshahr district, Ravindra Pradhan of Chandpur (Bulandshahr), Sundar (Pallavpuram in Meerut), Harinder, Pradhan (Rajpura in Meerut) and Trilok (head of Ghimera village in Bulandshahr) and other unidentified persons have been named, Sikhera.

Pradhan told the news channel that Kavita's brother had implicated him in a false case and he was innocent.

Kavita, who is reported to have links with two ministers in the Samajwadi Party-led government and a former minister, was last seen after returning from her Ghansoorpur village in Bulandshahr district where she had gone for Diwali.

When her brother tried contacting her on October 29, her mobile phone was switched off.

Some letters, believed to be in the handwriting of Kavita, were recovered by police from her room in the Indira Gandhi Girls' Hostel in Meerut on November 1 that indicate she and her family would be "murdered if she did not marry a particular man", Sikhera said on Saturday.

My Comments:
Do the perpetrators of this heinous crime have a right to live? The person who presumably pressurized Kavita, should he not be hanged. Does Kavita not have a right to choose the person she wishes to marry? Is the crime of this so called person, more or less heinous than that of Afzal Guru?

Should he not be hanged as well. Should be not be killed by police in encounter?

Dalit woman paraded half-naked in Bihar

A middle-aged Dalit woman in Bihar was tonsured and paraded half-naked on the orders of the husband of a woman village head for allegedly stealing a few bananas.
Besra Devi, in her mid 50s, of Balua Basanta village in Vaishali district was meted out the "punishment" on Saturday.
"I was forcibly tonsured and paraded half-naked in the village by the people despite pleading that I was innocent," Besra Devi said.
According to villagers, after she refused to pay a fine her head was shaved. "How can I pay a fine when I don't have enough to eat?" she said.
Satyanarayan Chaurasia, the landowner husband of the village woman head, has denied torturing and humiliating Besra Devi. "I have nothing to do with it," he said.
But villagers say it was done on his orders.
A few days ago, some landowners chopped off the fingers of a 10-year-old Dalit girl, Khusbu, for plucking a few leaves of spinach from a vegetable field in a village in Bhagalpur district.
A Dalit youth was beaten and humiliated in public by some powerful people in a village in Muzaffarpur district after he refused to work in a field without wages.
These are a few instances of the predicament of the poorest of the poor in rural Bihar. Most such cases go unreported.

My Comments:
With all this happening in India and being done to Hindus and by the Hindus, Do we still need Muslim and Christian missionaries.
Did the women above not had the right to self respect? Had something such happened to one of my family members, I would have by now converted to Islam and would have killed all the perpetrators with little help from Islamists.

7/11 victim's widow threatens immolation

The widow of a Mumbai train bombing victim has threatened to immolate herself in front of Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar to protest the alleged forcible occupation of her flat by an activist of the ruling Janata Dal-United.

The woman, Anju, lost her bank officer-husband, Krishna Kumar, in the July 11 Mumbai train bombings. Anju, a native of Bihar, said she would immolate herself before Nitish Kumar to protest the alleged forcible occupation of her flat by JD-U activist G L Jamuar.

"I will end my life if the police fails to vacate my flat from forcible occupation by the JD-U leader," said Anju, a mother of two who is currently staying with her parents here.

She said her father had met the chief minister during one of his Janata darbar public meetings in this connection, but nothing happened. "My father pleaded with Nitish Kumar to help me and my two minor children," she said.

According to police, Anju's husband had purchased a flat in Ramayan apartments on Exhibition Road, a posh locality. The flat was rented to Jamuar. But after the bank officer's death, Jamuar stopped paying rent to her and refused to vacate the flat.

Anju said that she had been asked by her husband's bank to vacate the official residence allotted to him. "I have no place to live except this flat, but it has been forcibly occupied by Jamuar," she said.

Meanwhile, Bihar state JD-U president Lalan Singh has disowned Jamuar as a party leader. "No such person is in our party, he is falsely claiming to be so," Singh said.

However, opposition parties, including the Congress, have demanded immediate police action against the JD-U man.

My Comments

One of the main differences between US and India is that, Mumbai Blast Victims are suffering from 3 counts
1) Loss of near and dear ones
2) Living life with full knowledge that practically nothing would happen to the guilty/Perpetrators of the heinous crime and they would never ever get justice
3) There is no support for them; rather they have to go through this kind of agony,

Can you image things as above happening to the victims of 9/11?

With all this happening, is India not showing classic signs of a being a failed state.Think about what all happens in a failed state, like endless bloodshed, absolute poverty, practically no justice etc and see around you, are all these not happening in India on a widespread scale

Instrument of Accession (Jammu and Kashmir)

The Instrument of Accession is a legal document executed by Maharajah Hari Singh, ruler of the State of Jammu and Kashmir (princely state), on October 26, 1947.
